Behind the Name
Bluebird Influence takes its name from the Mountain Bluebird, the state bird of Idaho, where our journey began. Just as the Mountain Bluebird is known for its vibrant presence and adaptability, our agency embodies these qualities in the world of influencer marketing.
The Mountain Bluebird is a symbol of hope, resilience, and a clear vision—traits that we strive to replicate within our business. Our Story
In 2023, before Bluebird Influence officially took flight, we were fortunate to receive invaluable guidance from a close mentor deeply experienced in the influencer marketing industry. This opportunity allowed us to dive into the world of talent management, learning the ins and outs of the business firsthand. Our mentor, who remains a trusted collaborator today, provided us with the knowledge and confidence to start building meaningful relationships with both creators and brands.
As we began to see success and develop a genuine passion for talent management, we knew we had found our calling. The excitement of helping creators achieve their dreams and connect with the right brands fueled our entrepreneurial spirit. It was this passion and determination that led us to establish Bluebird Influence, a place where innovation, personalized service, and strong partnerships come together to empower creators and drive results.
Today, Bluebird Influence stands as a testament to our journey, rooted in the lessons we've learned and the relationships we've built along the way. We're proud to continue growing, always guided by the values and vision that inspired us from the start.
Meet the Team
Shannan Lee
CEO and Co-Founder
Shannan has a business degree from BYU and a background in branding and management. She is a proven experience designer and successor in the influencer marketing industry. She has a passion for creating meaningful connections with clients and brands. She manages all social media content and produces our agency events. Shannan truly cares for our creators and loves seeing them soar!
Grant Lee
President and Co-Founder
Grant earned a bachelor’s degree in business from BYU and has a background in social media and sports marketing. He oversees the agency’s daily operations, from outreach and talent acquisition to training, finances, and accounting. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for growing businesses, he loves helping clients connect with prominent brands and scale their small businesses.
Madeline Hale
Talent Manager
Madeline brings firsthand experience as a former influencer to talent management, offering a deep understanding of the industry from both sides. With a background in content creation and brand partnerships, she is passionate about helping creators succeed. Madeline fosters meaningful relationships with clients and brands, ensuring every collaboration is strategic and impactful.
Sidney Frith
Talent Manager
Sidney holds a marketing degree from Idaho State and brings experience in both sales and marketing. As a former student-athlete, she applies resilience, teamwork, and a strong work ethic to everything she does. She loves leading impactful campaigns and building meaningful connections with creators and brands.
Riley Trepanier
Talent Manager
With a background in Public Relations and more than six years in communications and marketing, Riley brings a sharp eye for strategy and a people-first approach to talent management. She thrives on building trust with creators and brands alike, ensuring collaborations feel seamless, professional, and effective.
Mattie Jones
Talent Manager
Mattie brings several years of experience managing teams and overseeing day to day operations. As the founder of a bandana company, she brings a strong entrepreneurial approach to talent management. She enjoys handling all the small details to set up her creators for long term success and secure authentic brand relationships.
